Terms of Service

By using Settled you agree to these terms. Settled is a system of record for bets between friends. Settled never holds stakes, never sets odds, and never takes a cut of bet winnings.

Lock-in fees

Cash bets $20 and over carry a lock-in fee at bet creation, paid by both sides. Free users pay 3.3% per side. Pro users pay 1.65% per side. A minimum platform fee of $0.75 per side applies. Payment processing is included.

Settled reserves the right to adjust the lock-in fee structure with 30 days notice to active users.

Payouts

The bet stake stays between you and your friend and is paid directly between you through Venmo, Cash App, or however you usually pay each other. Settled is not a custodian.
